Thursday morning weigh-in
This morning, I weighed myself for the first time since Sunday, where I checked in at 190.5. Today’s result? 187.5! Quite an encouraging mark after just one week ago being at 194. I’m thinking that I probably wouldn’t want or need to go any lower than 180, but that might be just the perfect weight.
I had to deliver a couple of depositions this morning to a law office in O’Fallon. After I delievered the depos, I decided to stop by Chick-Fil-A in the mall and eat lunch. I got two Chick-Fil-A sandwiches (basically breaded chicken breasts) with lettuce, and I just ate them without the buns. Without bread, each sandwich is 10 carbs. So that was 20 there, and, combined with a Q-Smart granola bar and a low-carb peanut butter cookie, the carb total is at 26 so far.
Well, gotta get back to work.
