The Rams suffered a loss to the Patriots today, and now we’re down to 4-4 with this second straight loss. Things aren’t looking so good for St. Louis this year! :-\ I hope they can make the playoffs. They just haven’t been sharp at all the past two games. Ah well — it’s just a game!
The cornfield that borders us on one side has now been harvested! It’s weird to see a wall of corn just disappear like that. All of a sudden we can see a lot farther to the east. I guess it’ll be this way until spring comes around.
I’m about to leave for my 9:00 volleyball game. This is the second-last set of games in this eight-week season. I may be playing in the next season, but I’m just not sure yet.
Oh, an update on my nine-year-old cousin, Jenny. I hear she is doing really well, and this week she is scheduled to make her final (at least for a long time) multi-day stay at the hospital. Praise God! I think things are pretty much at a so-far-so-good status with how her body is battling the leukemia.
