General Election

November 2nd, 2004

This morning, Mom, Dad, Paul, John, Mark and I drove up to a nearby church that’s acting as a polling place today. Since I’m 19, this is my first time voting.

I made good use of my first ballot, voting for George W. Bush for president, Alan Keyes for senator of Illinois, Steve Reeb for St. Clair County chairman, Lloyd Karmeier for judge, and then a few other “small” positions. I did my part! Everyone just needs to get out and let their voice be heard.
