This evening, we learned that Elizabeth has passed away. It’s devastating news for those who know and love her, but I keep trying to remind myself that she is now in heaven, and that sure beats any place here on earth.
I am sure it’s going to be extremely difficult for her family and friends, but I’m praying that God will give them peace and hope. Peace to know that she truly is beginning an eternity in heaven, and hope so they can look forward to seeing her again whenever God calls them.
Jessica is still improving, thankfully. I hear she’s eating and talking now, so that’s very good news.
