Everybody is back home. The entire family is together again. More importantly, Grandma and Grandpa are back home, and it seems like Grandpa is doing really well. Thank You, God.
I made a visit to the YMCA tonight, focusing a lot on cardio work. I need to make up for a lot of the eating I did while in Florida. Lots of food and little exercise is a dangerous combination, and I need to do my best to make up for any weight gain. I may have put on a pound or two while on the trip, but I want to work at knocking off several more in the next little bit. Guess I need to stop eating so much.
